What is Breakout Weekend?

Come learn, focus, train and meet people in your community that have a heart for mission! This weekend is designed to begin equipping those who really want to reach out in real effective ways with some basic tools. No doctoral degree required! Tired of getting shut down while using the “traditional” methods? Experience firsthand, a number of practitioners already interfacing with our “neighbors.” Breakout Weekend brings the mission field into plain view. We want to give you an opportunity to interact with those who are already engaging people, plug in to experience based resourcing and connect with those who need to hear the Gospel message.

Who can come to the Breakout Weekend?

Breakout weekends are for those who have already been through the LI Islamic Awareness Conference (IAC) and are already familiar with the concepts presented in the conference. Because the teaching of the Strategic Indigenous Mission Institute (SIMI) is building block in it’s orientation, it is imperative that the terms and phrases used in the IAC are understood. This weekend is an “invitation only” event and limited in size due to the amount and nature of information shared and relational objectives we aim to achieve.

What can I expect to from the Breakout Weekend?

 Aside from a memorable weekend and the awesome experience of sharing time with great people who have a similar calling and love for the Lord, you will receive:

1.  A comfortable hotel room.

2.  Breakfast, Lunch and Refreshments.

3.  A notebook with the teaching from the weekend that will help equip you from the beginning of your journey.

4.  A critical resource book that you will use all during the time you are in this ministry field.

You will also come away with four great teachings!

What is the cost of the Breakout Weekend?

The breakout weekend has a cost which is determined by locality. However, we are a ministry and not a business. If you are called to come and cannot find the resources, contact us anyway. Sponsorships may be available to qualified individuals.
